We had a fantastic stay in this centrally located hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. They provided espresso in the room and there was air conditioning that worked great. Best aspects: Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location right next to the Metro and Gran Via Metro station, staff.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city centre and close to everything, except the Bull Fighting Stadium. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and clean, with excellent amenities like a free non-alcoholic mini-bar, iron, and ironing board. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of fresh fruits, breads and omelets. The staff was helpful and courteous, and the view from the balcony was gorgeous.
The hotel's proximity to the red-light district may be disconcerting for some travelers.

Great location for exploring the city on foot. Clean and cozy rooms with nice city views from the rooftop bar. Friendly and helpful staff that welcomed us with fresh fruit. Good sound insulation in our room. The perfect base for a Madrid adventure.

We loved the central location of the hotel. Our room was well-appointed and comfortable, with a great view of Gran Via. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices. We were impressed by the minibar that had complimentary soft drinks and beer. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This place is located in a prime spot, right by the metro and within walking distance of major attractions. The room amenities are ample, including an electric kettle, in-room safe, and comfy sitting area. The staff are friendly, providing excellent service from room service to housekeeping. The restaurant offers delicious buffet and also special diet menus. The leisure facilities like the massage and sun terrace are a treat, and there's even free champagne and fruit.
